About the Founder

Navigating the medical device development process is notoriously challenging, especially for innovators eager to make a difference but unsure where to start. This struggle prompted me to found Axiom Management Solutions, built on the belief that getting started on great medical innovations shouldn't require immense budgets.

My journey began at the US Naval Academy, where I earned my bachelor's degree in systems engineering. After serving as a U.S. Navy officer and honing leadership and analytical skills in high-pressure environments, I furthered my education with a master's in systems engineering from Cornell University. This technical foundation was complemented by years of experience in healthcare quality and at medical device giants like Siemens Healthineers and Abbott Laboratories, followed by valuable experience at a medical device design consultancy where I honed my approach to support innovators across the spectrum of devices.

​At Axiom, I look for precise intervention points where we can deliver maximum value, regardless of where innovators are in their development journey or what their budget allows.

Whether it's managing risk or guiding product development, my role is to be the partner innovators need, turning their groundbreaking ideas into realities that can improve quality of life.
